New minor versions of Moodle LMS have been released today. The new version includes Moodle 4.1.2, 4.0.7, 3.11.13 & 3.9.20. The new versions include general fixes, improvements and security fixes. You are advised to update your Moodle site to latest version as soon as possible after proper testing.

You can download the latest version of Moodle from the official downloads page here or through Github.
